Notes: This building was first occupied in 1950 by Beatty Bros. Limited (Saint John Branch) (Head Office: Fergus, Ont.). In 1961 Beatty's moved to 59 Bentley Street; in 1968, this office was moved to Moncton. They were manufacturers of appliances, hardware and barn equipment.
