  1. Fold a square piece of paper in half to make a rectangle and fold it again, in half to make a small square. If you are using printed paper, make sure the printed side is on the outside.

  2. Open the paper flat and fold the top corner to the bottom corner to make a triangle. Open the paper flat again and fold the left corner to the right corner to make a triangle.

  3. Open the paper to form the first half sheet rectangle, and fold one side into a triangle with the flap on the inside. Repeat this step for the other side to make a triangle base.

  4. Fold the front flap tips on the right and left side to meet the upper point of the triangle. Flip the paper over and repeat the same on the back. Your work should be square shaped.

  5. Fold the front flaps in towards the centre slit. Repeat this on the other side.

  6. With step 6 you made little pockets. Fold the tip of the loose flap on the right and left side, as far into the pockets as possible. Repeat on both sides.

  7. Inflate your paper ball by blowing gently into the small hole at one end of the ball.

  8. Have fun!

* For added outdoor fun, carefully fill the ball with water and throw. Just a warning, this type of water ball is messy and is not to be thrown at people, pets or other living things!!
