Notes: Caverhill Hall, located on Sydney Street was built, in 1881, for Simeon Jones, a brewer who served as Mayor for one term, 1882-1884. This structure, in recent years had also been used as a nightclub and a an airforce club. It has now been converted back to a single family home.
