Clitopilopsis hirneola (Fr.) Kühner

Gregarious amongst pleurozia, Taraxacum officinale, Hieracium sp. and grasses in rural lawn under Abies balsamea and Betula cordifolia, Little Lepreau, New Brunswick (28-09-12/03).

In many field guides C. hirneola will be placed in the genus Rhodocybe as R. hirneola. Hence the spore print in the illustration above labeled by this now discarded name.
